Who receives information

Main-office inquiries are delivered to MEGA REALTY. Agent and rental inquiries are delivered to the agent identified on the relevant page or listing. The website currently uses Google Sheets and Google Apps Script to manage selected website content and route form submissions. Our hosting, email, MLS/IDX, and other service providers may process information only as needed to provide their services.

Cookies and analytics

The website does not currently install advertising pixels or custom marketing cookies. Our hosting provider records basic traffic information, including page views and unique visitors, to operate and measure the site. If we introduce nonessential analytics or advertising cookies, we will provide appropriate choices before those technologies are activated.

Retention and security

We retain inquiries only as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes described above and applicable recordkeeping requirements.
